Tom Kealy is a highly skilled craftsman in wood with a passion for making furniture. Having completed his training at Parnham College under Robert Ingham, Tom has since run his own business designing and making bespoke furniture. Examples of his work can be seen on his website at www.tomkealy.com.

With over 30 years experience Tom has also undertaken work for a number of different designers. In particular working as workshop manager for John Makepeace in the Makepeace workshops.
His natural understanding of wood and other materials comes from his wide experience of working with wood including forestry, timber frame buildings and cabinet making.

Tom is an experienced teacher, and is regularly invited to teach in America at the Center for Furniture Craftsmanship. He now runs weekly furniture making day classes from his workshop in Somerset, as well as teaching short courses at West Dean College in Sussex.
